關于大型沼氣工程的啟動調試應在工程竣工驗收合格后進行,同時還應做好下列的運行管理的基本要求:

1、運行管理人員熟悉大型沼氣工程工藝、設施設備的運行要求和技術指標;

1、投料量和周期應按工藝設計參數進行,并在實踐中摸索出參數;

2、維持相對穩定的厭氧消化溫度;

3、厭氧消化器的攪拌根據工藝要求進行。采用沼氣攪拌的,在啟動期間或產氣量不足時,應輔以機械或泵等其它方式攪拌;

4、厭氧消化器的攪拌不得與排泥同時進行;

5、宜每日監測:pH值、揮發酸、總堿度、溫度、氣壓、產氣量和沼氣成分等指標,掌握厭氧消化池運行工況,并根據監測數據及時調整大型沼氣工程運行方案或采取相應措施。
